ABOUT STALLION

The workhorse of rotomoulding.

Stallion is the only rotomoulding machine line that combines high-value Chinese manufacturing with North-American engineering oversight, safety compliance and local service through STP – the Canadian branch of the Rotomachinery Group (RMG).

Co-developed with Rising Sun Rotomoulding and refined by STP’s engineering team, Stallion offers a rare combination in the industry: aggressive investment levels without sacrificing reliability, build quality or safety.

Designed for manufacturers who need reliable capacity and predictable operating costs, Stallion combines proven oven and arm technology with simplified mechanics and smart, service-friendly design choices.

Machines are engineered around heavy-duty structures, efficient heating and airflow, and layouts that are easy to maintain over a long service life. The objective is simple: maximize output, minimize downtime, and deliver stable production your team can trust.

Through STP’s Canadian hub, every Stallion machine benefits from local configuration, engineering validation and commissioning support – ensuring that the economics of a Chinese-built machine are backed by the compliance, documentation and technical rigour of a North-American OEM.

STALLION MACHINES

Two production platforms. One North-American standard.

Stallion machines are co-developed with Rising Sun Rotomoulding and completed by STP in Canada – combining competitive Chinese manufacturing with North-American engineering, compliance and service.

In-line shuttle

1 or 2 carts

Stallion In-Line Shuttle

Ideal for flexible production cells, tall parts and mixed tooling. The in-line shuttle uses a straight oven path with one or two carts, giving you simple operator access and clear material flow while keeping the footprint controlled.

  • Efficient heating path with direct, easy access to the oven front.
  • 1 or 2 carts depending on capacity, dwell time and cycle strategy.
  • Robust structure and arms sized for North-American loading expectations.

Fixed-oven carousel

3 or 4 arms

For continuous, high-throughput production, the fixed-oven carousel keeps the heating chamber in place while arms index through loading, heating and cooling stations. Perfect when you need stable cycles and repeatable output shift after shift.

  • 3 or 4 arms configured to your tooling mix and takt time.
  • Stationary oven design for efficient airflow and temperature stability.
  • Heavy-duty indexing and arm assemblies for long service life.

ENGINEERING & COMPLETION

Built in China. Finished for North America.

Each Stallion machine starts on Rising Sun’s production floor – then is brought to STP in Canada, where it is completed, upgraded and validated to North-American expectations for reliability, safety and compliance.

Structural & mechanical robustness

North-American moulders expect heavy structures and long service life. STP reviews and reinforces key components, and specifies gearboxes, motors, sprockets, bearings and drives to match local loading and duty-cycle reality.

PLC, drives & controls

Control architectures are selected, sourced and installed by STP – from PLC and drives to HMI, enclosures and wiring standards. The result is a machine your maintenance and automation teams can own, document and support.

Safety systems

Guarding, interlocks, emergency stops and safety circuits are designed to meet North-American expectations. STP defines the functional safety approach and ensures that lockout, access and reset procedures are clear for your operators.

Gas, burners & electrical compliance

Burners, burner controls, gas trains and electrical systems are selected, sourced and installed under STP’s responsibility to meet CSA/UL and North-American standards where applicable. Documentation is delivered with the machine so you can work smoothly with local inspectors and insurers.

Assembly, testing & FAT at STP

Every Stallion machine is assembled and tested at STP’s facility in Canada. Customers are invited for factory acceptance tests, giving you the chance to validate tooling fit, cycle logic and safety before the machine ships.

Industry 4.0 & RMG Steward ready

Stallion machines are designed to be Industry 4.0 ready and connectable to RMG Steward – enabling production dashboards, cycle analytics, downtime tracking and maintenance insights across your fleet.

STALLION WARRANTY

3-year protection, built for long-term performance.

3-YEAR OEM WARRANTY on every new Stallion rotomoulding machine.

Stallion machines are engineered and supported as a long-term production platform. Our 3-year OEM warranty reflects a clear commitment to the full life of the machine: robust design, controlled manufacturing and dedicated service through STP and the Rotomachinery Group (RMG). When you invest in Stallion, you gain a partner focused on uptime, repeatability and predictable ownership costs.

  • Coverage on critical structural, mechanical and control components under normal production conditions.
  • Direct access to STP’s technical team for remote troubleshooting, machine audits and on-site interventions when required.
  • Connected warranty management through the RMG Steward online platform – warranty status, documentation and service history in one place.

Scope & conditions: the Stallion 3-year warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal, recommended operating conditions. Wear items and consumables are excluded. Full terms and conditions are included with every Stallion proposal and order confirmation.

COMPLIANCE & CERTIFICATION

North-American certification, handled end-to-end.

STP has been serving the North-American market for over 20 years. Stallion machines are engineered so their electrical panels, cabling, gas trains, burner controls and gas piping are ready for UL or CSA certification – and our team stays with you through the entire approval process.

Built to meet UL / CSA expectations.

Over two decades, STP has worked with leading certification agencies such as QPS and Intertek to validate electrical designs, safety logic, gas systems and burner systems for rotomoulding equipment across North America.

Stallion panels, wiring layouts, burners, gas trains and safety interlocks are designed from the start to align with these agencies’ requirements. The objective is simple: when your inspector arrives on site, the focus is on confirmation – not redesign.

Documentation packages that make approvals smoother.

Before a machine ships, STP prepares a structured certification package for your chosen agency. It includes the documentation they need up front to plan their inspection and test sequence at your facility, built from our experience of what QPS, Intertek and similar bodies expect to see.

Our technicians are on site during the certification visit to support the inspector, adjust any details if required, and wait for the final sign-off before leaving.

The goal is simple: no surprises — for you, for the inspector, or for your project schedule.

STALLION SUPPORT

Service that stays with the machine.

From first installation to long-term operation, STP stands behind every Stallion machine. Installation, troubleshooting, spare parts, on-site visits and digital monitoring are all managed through STP so your team always knows who to call.

Installation & start-up assistance.

STP coordinates and manages the installation of each Stallion machine. Our technicians support your team through positioning, utility hook-up checks and first heat-up, so production can ramp up smoothly and safely.

Once the machine is running, your operators have a direct line to STP for process questions, control adjustments and technical troubleshooting.

Field service within 48 hours.

When a visit is needed, STP can usually have a technician on site within 48 hours for most North-American locations.

  • Technical audits and condition assessments.
  • Preventive maintenance and safety checks.
  • Retrofits, upgrades and control modernisation.
  • Support for dismantling, relocation and re-installation of equipment.

Spare parts from a North-American hub.

Critical electrical, burner and mechanical components are stocked at STP’s Canadian facility, so Stallion spare parts can be shipped with short lead times. Our team helps identify parts, prepare quotations and coordinate shipment directly to your plant.
